Our prices are to be used as a guide only, prices vary dependent on hair length, texture and condition and which stylist you see. These prices are subject to change should services require extra time or product.

you will receive a text 2 days before your appointment if you don’t reply, your appointment will be deleted by us

if your more than 5 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled

if you no show an appointment you will be required to pre pay your next one

We offer adjustments within a one week period following your appointment, we do not offer refunds. On the unlikely occasions that you’re unhappy with your service with us. The adjustments will be provided by the same stylist, if another is requested the full charge will apply. Beyond this one week period adjustments will be full price.
